Noreen Asekenye is a passionate writer and story teller who believes that stories possess the power to enthrall,engage and change lives. This belief motivated Noreen to start Tell a Story,Uganda. This young social entrepreneur is a 35 YALI Fellow and a recent graduate of the Zimba Women Business Program,2020. With her foundation, she has successfully campaigned and supported autistic children, children raised by single mothers and is currently running a covid-19 relief fundraising campaign to help the vulnerable. This foundation of hers uses stories including success stories and charitable deeds to cause positive changes in communities.
Our Afrikan Woman for continues to explore and connect more to the African means of communication of the early days to share and celebrate good works in various communities. Today, we join all other Afrikans to champion and cheer Noreen’s love for humanity. We see you,Sis! We celebrate you.
